The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30000 £ per year.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Salary – up to £30,000 depending on experience & skills, plus Serco benefits. Full UK driving licence must be held. Vehicle and tools provided.

Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all requested repairs, be that reactive or proactive and pre‑planned, are carried out to the required standard and within our SLA deadlines.
  • Work independently to manage own workflow while also collaborating with the team when necessary.
  • Maintain health & safety of yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • Inspect vehicles provided by the company regularly and keep them in a professional and clean condition.
Working arrangements
  • Flexible working pattern: Mon to Fri 7.5 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:00.
  • On‑Call Requirements: Out of hours on‑call duties on a rota basis, once every 8‑10 weeks for emergencies.
