At Serco, we’re committed to delivering essential services that make a real difference to people’s lives. As a People Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee and organisational data across a large, complex global organisation.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining and managing employee and organisational data across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring all information is accurate, compliant, and processed within agreed service levels.
  • This includes supporting organisational restructures, recruitment activity, TUPE transfers, annual HR processes, and large‑scale data updates.
  • Working within SAP HCM and related HR systems, you’ll manage organisational structures, positions, employee records, cost objects, and system interfaces while providing excellent customer support to HR colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You’ll also support annual activities such as pay reviews, leave uploads, and workforce data projects, ensuring data integrity is maintained across multiple systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP systems
  • Experience administering and maintaining people data within HR systems
  • Knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and employment terms and conditions
  • Experience producing reports using tools such as Ad Hoc Query, Spinifex, or similar reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement

  • Experience supporting HR data transitions or change projects
  • Knowledge of other ERP platforms
  • Experience working within large, complex organisations
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to changing business priorities
