Ready to impact a better future? As a Party Host in our Meeting and Events team, you’ll help create memorable experiences for children and families while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every party runs smoothly, safely and successfully from start to finish. Our work touches lives every day, and this role is no exception. By creating fun, welcoming and well-organised celebrations, you’ll make a positive impact on communities and help families create lasting memories. What you’ll do as a Party Host:
- Welcome party guests and provide a friendly, professional service to children, parents and carers throughout every event.
- Set up party areas and food rooms to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, safe and ready before each event begins.
- Serve food and refreshments to guests at the appropriate times and support the smooth running of catering activities.
- Create a fun and engaging atmosphere, including helping to organise key party moments such as cake presentations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation before, during and after parties.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, queries and concerns, escalating issues when required.
- Support the promotion and administration of party bookings and assist with customer invoicing processes.
- Provide basic first aid support in line with site procedures when required.
