Working within the Finance GFS Hub and reporting into the O2C Global Process Owner (GPO), you’ll play a key role in driving standardisation, governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across end-to-end Finance processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining process expertise, stakeholder engagement, data-driven insight, and transformation delivery within a complex multinational environment.
About the Role
As an O2C Global Process Lead, you’ll act as the bridge between global O2C process strategy and operational execution. You’ll support the design, governance, and optimisation of O2C processes across UK&E, the Middle East, and ASPAC, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all delivery centres and regions. You’ll work closely with regional Finance teams, GFS operations, systems teams, BPO providers, and senior stakeholders to embed best practice, improve controls, enhance reporting visibility, and drive automation and process-led change. This is a highly collaborative role with significant exposure across Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk & Assurance, and Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain global end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring alignment with GPO standards, controls, and governance requirements
- Maintain accurate and consistent process documentation including SOPs, process maps, KPIs, controls, and training materials
- Monitor process performance through reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvement, standardisation, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives across global Finance operations
- Collaborate with regional Finance teams, GFS operations, systems teams, and BPO providers to ensure consistent process execution
- Support process-led change initiatives including testing, training, communication, and embedded adoption
- Partner with Finance Systems and DDaT teams to ensure system enhancements support operational and control requirements
- Support governance, audit, and assurance activities, helping maintain strong financial controls and compliance across all regions
- Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making, operational visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with qualified Finance professionals who combine strong process expertise with commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll ideally bring:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes within a Shared Service, GFS, or multinational environment
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and exposure to finance technologies including automation and analytics tools
- Proven experience supporting or leading process improvement initiatives across multiple regions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, Operations, and Technology teams
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with BPO providers such as Capgemini
- Exposure to internal controls, audit, and assurance environments
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with digital finance tools including RPA, workflow, or analytics solutions
Why Join Us?
