Serco is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen environment at our leisure facilities in Newport. The role is permanent, full-time (39 hours per week) with shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends to support events and functions.
You will help deliver high-quality dishes, supervise staff, maintain food safety standards and contribute to guest experiences for athletes, conferences and functions. Competitive pay and benefits on offer.
