Salary: £25,000-£28,000 dependent on experience
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role Working as a Multi Skilled Operative, you will often be working alone, managing your daily schedule of tasks, including minor building repairs, minor plumbing, general unskilled labour, and PAT testing. Tasks will be allocated with clear deadlines, and you will be expected to deliver to the highest standard, always ensuring safety and quality. The role involves commercial and domestic work including single living accommodation. You will interact with clients regularly, providing excellent customer service and always maintaining professional communication. You will have access to a work van and fuel card for business use.
What you’ll need Previous experience as a handyperson or in a semi-skilled role is sufficient. A full UK driving licence is required, and BPSS clearance is essential. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions while following instructions and using hand tools safely.
