+impact is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to drive brand development, thought leadership, and market engagement. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for amplifying the +impact brand, executing marketing strategies, and supporting business growth through lead generation and content creation.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Evolve +Impact’s brand positioning, messaging, and identity to align with market trends and business priorities.
  • Create compelling content, including thought leadership, reports, and case studies, to engage target audiences.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns.
  • Oversee PR, media, and event marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and credibility.
  • Support business development and sales enablement through targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure activities align with business objectives.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, advisory, or consulting.
