As a Maintenance Manager in our Leisure team , you’ll be responsible for ensuring our sites stay compliant, energy-efficient, and well-maintained. Your work will directly support our environmental goals while maintaining a high-quality experience for customers.

As a Maintenance Manager overseeing Lilleshall, you’ll stay on the move — managing compliance, energy performance, and maintenance strategies across diverse environments. You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Ensure all facilities meet statutory and contract compliance requirements
  • Analyse and optimise energy consumption and green energy system performance
  • Manage and deliver planned preventative maintenance and capital projects
  • Maintain and improve the Energy Management System in line with ISO
  • Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitor, report, and act on energy usage data via systems like SystemsLink and IMServ
