The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

Location: Maidstone Leisure, Mote Park, ME15 7RN

Salary: £12.71 plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Casual contract, flexible to work various shifts between 8am – 6pm including weekend shifts to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do as a Holiday Scheme Assistant:

  • Deliver fun and safe sports, arts, and craft activities in line with the holiday scheme programme
  • Support a high-quality holiday scheme provision by working closely with colleagues
  • Engage positively with children to create an enjoyable, inclusive, and supportive environment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with site procedures
  • Follow safeguarding practices at all times and comply with company policies and procedures
  • Carry out other appropriate duties in line with the nature of the role

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • An understanding of holiday scheme provision and activity delivery
  • Strong communication and customer care skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage different activity areas

  • A flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to working with children

Vetting And Checks:

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
