Serco is hiring in Berkshire/Windsor for a Driver/Loader role within the Environmental Services team.
You will work on a pre‑planned route with a team, collecting waste and recycling from homes and businesses, acting as the public face in the community.
The role requires a valid Class 1/2 licence and Driver CPC, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic. Mon‑Fri 7.00am–5.00pm with weekend overtime available and 45 hours per week.
