As a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader, you will provide a complete waste and recycling service to residents and businesses in Windsor and Maidenhead. You will work as part of a professional, dedicated and friendly team to keep streets, homes and businesses clean, safe and tidy while delivering high levels of customer service to our community.
Responsibilities
- Operate your vehicle safely and drive a pre‑planned route with a crew of loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
- Serve as the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks, keep the truck clean and work‑ready before each round.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and Driver CPC.
- Demonstrate hard work, physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle suitable for the nature of the job.
