Full Time: 45 hours per week

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm (plus overtime available on a weekend rota)

As a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader, you will provide a complete waste and recycling service to residents and businesses in Windsor and Maidenhead. You will work as part of a professional, dedicated and friendly team to keep streets, homes and businesses clean, safe and tidy while delivering high levels of customer service to our community.

Responsibilities

  • Operate your vehicle safely and drive a pre‑planned route with a crew of loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
  • Serve as the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety checks, keep the truck clean and work‑ready before each round.

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and Driver CPC.
  • Demonstrate hard work, physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle suitable for the nature of the job.
