What you’ll do as a Health and Fitness Manager:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Health and Fitness professionals, including coaches, personal trainers, and group exercise instructors.
- Drive the delivery of a high‑quality fitness service model, ensuring consistent standards and engaging member experiences.
- Manage group exercise programming and budgets to deliver a commercially viable and inclusive offering.
- Take ownership of personal training performance, including recruitment, revenue generation, and achieving income targets.
- Oversee member onboarding, progress tracking, and retention through effective fitness programmes and engagement.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating gym environment that reflects brand standards.
