As Facility Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility, ensuring customers enjoy a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience. You'll play an important role in supporting community wellbeing, driving sustainable growth, and creating a positive impact on communities through accessible leisure services. In this role, your work has purpose. By leading colleagues, maintaining high operational standards, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, you'll help create an environment where people can stay active, build connections, and enjoy healthier lives. What you'll do as a Leisure Operations Manager:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring it is safe, warm, clean, friendly and welcoming for all users.
- Support the General Manager in delivering commercial growth, performance targets and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
- Lead, motivate and develop Duty Manager teams, creating headroom for people to grow and achieve their potential.
- Use data and key performance indicators to monitor performance, identify opportunities and create impactful solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and the wider community to support service excellence and future growth.
