AASC Ipswich is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver housing services under the AASC contract, supporting Service Users in their area and ensuring property standards are met.

The role includes monthly property inspections, welfare support, and responding to issues raised through the AIRE Services.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a UK driving licence required and a company car provided. Salary is £29,250.00, plus Serco benefits.
