What we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong background in commercial finance and business partnering in complex environments
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at a strategic level
- Confidence operating in a transformation or change environment, ideally with exposure to shared services or digital finance models
- Strong understanding of value drivers, ROI, and performance metrics
- Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
- Ability to work across multiple regions, cultures, and stakeholder groups
