Types of roles we recruit for:

  • Seafaring & Vessel Crew - This category includes hands‑on roles aboard vessels, covering deck operations, engineering duties, and onboard support. Whether you are navigating, maintaining systems, or supporting crew welfare, these positions are vital to the safe and effective running of marine missions.
  • Marine Engineering and Technical Services - These roles are responsible for the strategic and day‑to‑day management of engineering & technical services. They include all maintenance activities, defect rectification, and vessel dry docking - ensuring vessel availability and capability for service delivery.
  • Marine Operations and Leadership - These roles are responsible for the strategic and day‑to‑day management of maritime services. They include operational planning, fleet coordination, port services, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams - ensuring smooth delivery of maritime operations across defence and commercial programmes.
