Serco is recruiting a Prisoner Custody Officer (PCO) for PECS at High Wycombe. You will help deliver safe escorting and custody services during court proceedings, starting with a 5½-week paid training course.
You'll work on rotating shifts (24/6) with occasional overtime beyond contracted hours. A full UK driving licence is desirable, and you’ll join a dedicated team focused on detainee welfare and court safety.
