Are you passionate about transforming lives and empowering individuals to achieve their goals despite health challenges? We’re looking for Health Coaches to join our team and support jobseekers on their journey to sustainable employment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of customers, conducting ongoing Needs Assessments and creating tailored Action Plans.
  • Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.
  • Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities.
  • Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
  • Experience in a performance-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices.
  • Minimum Level 3 IAG or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Welsh Speaker - desirable
