Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of customers, conducting ongoing Needs Assessments and creating tailored Action Plans.
- Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.
- Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities.
- Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
- Empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
- Experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices.
- Minimum Level 3 IAG or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Welsh Speaker - desirable
