Overview
Location: Swan Leisure Centre, Buckinghamshire, MK18 1AE. Employment type: Temporary. Working Hours/Pattern: Casual hours, covering a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts. Salary: £10 to £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits.

What you will do
The role will involve inspiring members to achieve their goals, delivering Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions, and the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions. You will coach members on effective health and fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment. You will help create a community‑oriented environment, build clubs within clubs, and always deliver excellent customer service. The role involves a high level of customer interaction and may require assisting other staff.
You will help facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with development opportunities and benefits including free membership and other discounts.
Qualifications and experience
Essential: Level 3 Fitness Instructor Qualification. A good standard of personal presentation, communication and customer service skills are required. Working background or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not essential.
