  • Supporting commercial negotiations including contract variations, extensions and change notices.
  • Monitoring financial and commercial risks and driving mitigation plans.
  • Working closely with our Finance Hub to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Using digital tools, technology and data analytics to improve financial decision‑making.
  • Presenting complex financial information in a clear and engaging way for a range of stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships across operational, commercial and finance teams to influence positive outcomes.
  • What you’ll need

  • Membership of a relevant professional body (where applicable).
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders in a complex commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience analysing both financial and operational performance drivers.
  • Experience within contract‑based, outsourced services or bidding environments.
  • Excellent financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • The ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insight.

Experience within Facilities Management, Healthcare or similar service‑based environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
