Location: Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Paisley, Falkirk, Edinburgh (must live in or very close to the postcodes ML, G, PA, FK, EH)
Hours: Day Shifts – 9am‑4:30pm (37.5hrs per week). On‑call 1 in 3 weekends. Shift flexibility required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to install tagging equipment for individuals under electronic monitoring.
- May work alone or with a Monitoring Support Officer.
- Build confidence and rapport with individuals, reassure them and the public of safety.
- Contribute to reducing prison system pressure and support ex‑prisoners reintegration.
Qualifications
- Current valid UK driver’s licence.
- Physically fit.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- BPSS & Standard DBS clearance plus Occupational Health assessment.
- Willingness to undergo 2‑week initial training, shadowing and mentorship.
