Serco’s Maritime Division supports Royal Navy operations and maritime infrastructure across the United Kingdom. The following categories represent the types of roles we recruit for across our maritime contracts.
- Seafaring & Vessel Crew – Hands‑on duties aboard vessels, including deck operations, engineering tasks, onboard support and crew welfare. These positions are essential to the safe and effective execution of marine missions.
- Marine Engineering and Technical Services – Strategic and day‑to‑day management of engineering and technical services, covering maintenance activities, defect rectification, and vessel dry docking to ensure vessel availability and capability.
- Marine Operations and Leadership – Strategic and operational management of maritime services, encompassing fleet coordination, port services, operational planning and leadership of multidisciplinary teams to support defence and commercial programmes.
