Our operational year‑round schedule requires a flexible rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
Evenings run from 5pm to 1am.
Early or late starts may be required, but you will receive at least ten weeks' advance notice of your rota.
About The Role
On a day‑to‑day basis, you’ll travel to individuals' homes to install tagging equipment.
You may work alone or alongside a Monitoring Support Officer.
Each interaction is an opportunity to build confidence in the justice system and reassure individuals of their safety.
Your work helps reduce pressure on the prison system and gives ex‑prisoners a chance to reintegrate into their communities.

Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electronic monitoring equipment in client homes.
- Build rapport with clients, ensuring they understand the purpose and benefits of the system.
- Work independently or with team members to complete installations within scheduled times.
- Record observations, report incidents, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Shift as part of a rotating schedule, including potential early or late starts.
Requirements
- Current valid UK driver’s licence.
- Reasonably fit and able to travel to a variety of locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships.
- Willingness to attend a 2‑week initial training course and follow a mentorship program.
- BPSS & Standard DBS clearance, inclusive of a full occupational health assessment.
