Location: Weald, TN17 2PN. Hourly Rate: £13.57 plus commission and excellent benefits. Schedule: Permanent, Part‑time, 25 hours per week. Monday to Sunday. Typical shifts 9:00‑2:30 pm or 2:30‑8:00 pm, with two days off provided on the weekly rota.
About the role
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead membership sales activity and oversee front‑of‑house operations, creating a welcoming environment while driving commercial performance and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and promote membership sales activity, including generating new leads.
- Meet and exceed membership sales and revenue targets.
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to joining and beyond.
- Plan and deliver outreach activity and marketing campaigns using the monthly planner.
- Support and advise management on membership performance and opportunities.
- Line‑manage the sales and reception teams, including rota planning, recruitment and training.
- Attend seasonal events.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or customer‑focused environment with a strong understanding of service excellence.
- Experience of creating and implementing a marketing plan.
- Good organisational, analytical and IT skills to support reporting and planning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets within a team setting.
- A proactive, motivated approach and commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
