Hourly Rate: £12.71 plus commission and excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part‑time, 15 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, typical shifts: 9am‑2:30pm or 2:30pm‑8pm.
Position Overview: At Leisure Solutions Community Trust, we aim to get more people more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community, while helping you make more of every day.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through outreach to local businesses, groups, and communities
- Promote and sell memberships, health and fitness services, and swimming lessons
- Deliver engaging tours of the facility to prospective members
- Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls and enquiries
- Create and support marketing activity, including social media content
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets
- Support the delivery of campaigns and promotions across the centre
Qualifications:
- Proven telesales experience with confidence in achieving targets
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable style
- A proactive mindset with the drive to generate leads and opportunities
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A passion for health, fitness, or supporting community wellbeing
- Full UK Driving Licence
Vetting & Checks:
Eligibility to work in the UK is verified, and an Occupational Health Questionnaire is completed to identify and provide any support needed to perform the role effectively.
