Success is measured by achieving 3‑ and 5‑year strategic objectives supported by quarterly and annual actions.

What You’ll Lead

  • Build the campaign strategy grounded in market intelligence, customer budgets, and competitive analysis.

  • Drive pursuit excellence in close partnership with Pursuit/Bid Teams—improving PWin through disciplined win strategies, clear value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Own the investment plan required to win: ensuring technical/product inputs, talent, capital, marketing, and bid development needs are met; manage trade‑offs with rigor and transparency.
  • Set the customer relationship strategy across the campaign; ensure call plans and engagement rhythms are executed and producing outcomes.
  • Develop campaign branding and messaging with marketing/communications—ensure the campaign narrative is differentiated, credible, and compelling.
  • Run the operating cadence—regularly update and present campaign strategy, pipeline, investments, risks, and financial outcomes; adjust fast as facts change.

  • An active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in government contracting (BD/capture/program/operations leadership).
  • Proven strength in strategy development and strategy execution (not just planning).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams to outcomes.
  • Strong capability in customer relationship building and senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and industry partners as required.

  • Experience working with political constituents and navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Background in facility or equipment installation, maintenance, and modernization (planning through execution).

Leadership Traits We’re Actively Seeking

  • Relentless, Outcomes‑Driven Competitor – you focus on winning, not just activity or process, internalizing success and failure as personal accountability.
  • Strategic Architect and Execution Driver – you can create strategy, as well as translate strategy into wins.
  • Systems Thinker – you are able to create repeatable campaign success.
  • Cross‑Functional Integrator and Team Builder – you will live in a matrix and must unify the team toward a single campaign goal.
  • Executive‑Level Communicator – you are both a strategist and a standard‑bearer—internally and with customers.
