We put our Customers and Families First. They are the driving force behind everything we do. We drive forward improvements for them to ensure the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or a major project, is completed safely and on time. In order to achieve this, we have 4 core values: open, caring, agile and collaborative. These are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Contract Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, contract compliance and continuous improvement across a complex service delivery environment. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that services are delivered consistently, safely and effectively, meeting contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and client expectations.

As the Contract Quality Manager, you will act as the contract lead for quality and assurance, providing independent oversight across operational delivery teams and supply chain partners. You will ensure that quality management processes are embedded throughout the contract, driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring services are delivered right first time.

You will take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring processes are aligned with ISO 9001 principles and effectively implemented across the contract. You will work with operational teams to ensure quality standards are understood, maintained and continuously improved, identifying opportunities to strengthen performance and improve customer outcomes.

A key focus of the role will be developing and delivering a robust contract assurance programme, including audits, inspections and quality reviews. You will ensure that appropriate evidence is captured and maintained to demonstrate compliance with contractual, regulatory and governance requirements, while identifying risks, trends and areas requiring corrective action.

You will provide detailed performance insight through regular reporting, analysing data to identify recurring issues, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, you will use evidence-based analysis to support decision-making and drive measurable improvements in service delivery.

The role will also involve managing quality performance across the supply chain, ensuring suppliers meet contractual expectations and maintain appropriate standards. You will work collaboratively with supply partners to identify improvement opportunities, address non-conformances and improve consistency across service delivery.

As the primary quality interface with the client, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting client assurance activities, audits and performance reviews. You will provide professional advice, challenge where necessary and ensure confidence in the quality and compliance of the service being delivered.

You will lead corrective and preventative action processes, ensuring issues are effectively investigated, resolved and embedded improvements are sustained. Through strong governance and collaboration, you will help create a right-first-time culture that improves performance, reduces failures and delivers long-term value.

About You: You will be an experienced quality professional with a background in quality assurance, contract management or compliance within a complex, regulated or service-led environment. You will have strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 principles and audit methodologies, with the ability to translate quality requirements into practical improvements across operational teams and suppliers.

You will be confident analysing performance data, producing reports and using insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities. You will have a structured and detail-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and governance.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decision-making and provide constructive challenge at all levels. You will be comfortable working with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners to improve performance and resolve quality issues.

You will be committed to continuous improvement and passionate about creating sustainable changes that enhance service quality, customer experience and operational performance. Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), or a commitment to achieve this within six months, is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to take a leading role in improving service excellence, strengthening assurance and supporting the successful delivery of a high-profile contract.

What We Offer: 6% employee matched pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, Company car/Car allowance, Bonus, 1x professional subscription, Private medical cover for self and partner.
