Salary: £27,300 plus company van (driving licence essential)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Since 2012, we have provided housing and support to asylum seekers across the UK, helping some of the most vulnerable people in society feel safe and respected while they await news of their immigration status. With over 7,000 properties in our portfolio, we take pride in maintaining all accommodation to a safe, habitable standard in line with the Decent Homes Standard.
We are now looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Liverpool, helping to ensure that every property we manage is clean, safe, and welcoming. This is far more than a cleaning role; it’s an opportunity to contribute to something that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across properties in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. You’ll ensure that accommodation provided to asylum seekers is safe, hygienic, and welcoming supporting individuals and families as they begin to rebuild their lives. Your work will involve cleaning dispersed homes and communal areas, travelling between sites in the company vehicle, and taking pride in ensuring every property meets the required standards.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and is motivated by a sense of purpose. You will need a valid UK driving licence, good communication and basic IT skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning domestic or similar environments is essential, and experience of cleaning larger or shared households would be an advantage.
