Your contractual working week is an average of 37.5hrs.
You will work a rolling rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
Evening shifts range from 5pm to 1am; flexibility is key as you may be required to start earlier or finish later.
About The Role
On a day‑to‑day basis, you will visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment.
You may work alone or alongside a Monitoring Support Officer.
You will build confidence and reassurance for individuals and the public, and help reduce pressure on the prison system by facilitating ex‑prisoners' reintegration into their communities.
Each day and each individual create varied and unique opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Install and manage electronic monitoring equipment in client homes.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide clear communication about safety and system use.
- Build and maintain relationships and rapport with individuals you support.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practice through shadowing and mentorship.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current valid UK driver’s licence.
- Reasonably fit with good written and verbal communication skills.
- BPSS and Standard DBS clearance (identity verification and full criminal record check).
- Occupational Health questionnaire completed to assess suitability.
- Must possess the genuine occupational and contractual requirements of the role.
