At Serco Workforce Solutions, we\’re looking for Casual Refuse Collectors to join our team of valuable key workers and help make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.

Is this the right opportunity for you?
- Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job
- Undertake all duties in a professional manner, deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to the articles left for removal
- Use in-cab technology/mobile devices as directed
- Complete relevant paperwork in real time.
- Carry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after usage
- Ensure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles
- Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public
Working hours
- 7am to 4pm, Monday – Friday

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to undertake tasks
- Previous relevant experience desirable, but not essential
