You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring meals are prepared and served to the highest standards, and supporting the smooth running of our catering operations. Your work will help us provide great service and care for the community that uses our facilities.
What you’ll do as a Catering Assistant:
- Serve customers in the dining room with a friendly and professional approach
- Prepare and present food to agreed standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all catering areas
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
- Support colleagues and supervisors with day-to-day catering tasks
