We’re looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment across our Justice & Immigration division, primarily within PECS (Prisoner Escort & Custody Services).

Type: Perm, Full-Time – 37.5hrs per week.

Location: Remote / Solihull.

Salary: £26,500 per annum.

This role sits at the heart of the recruitment journey, screening applications, conducting structured interviews and managing candidates from application to offer stage, ensuring every candidate receives a professional, respectful and engaging experience throughout. This is a largely home‑based role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with occasional travel required to recruitment events, assessment activity or office meetings as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Screening high volumes of applications and identifying quality talent
  • Conducting structured, competency‑based interviews
  • Making fair, evidence‑based hiring decisions
  • Managing your own portfolio of live requisitions
  • Maintaining accurate records across Phenom and internal systems
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn different contracts, sectors and role profiles
