Serco is recruiting on behalf of Birmingham Community Leisure Trust for a Lifeguard at Stechford Leisure Centre. This is a permanent, part-time position with varied shifts (early mornings to late evenings) across seven days. You will ensure pool safety, support facility users, and maintain clean pool areas.
You will need excellent customer service skills, be safety-conscious, and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.
