Serco is recruiting on behalf of Birmingham Community Leisure Trust for a Leisure Operations Manager based at Northfield Leisure Centre, Birmingham.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility to cover early, late and weekend shifts from 6am to 10:30pm.
The role focuses on leading daily operations, driving safety, guest experience, community wellbeing and service excellence across the leisure facility.
