Location: Northfield Leisure Centre, Birmingham, B31 2PD
Salary: £12.71 per hour, plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Part time 21.5 hours per week, flexible to work shifts between Monday to Friday, either 8am – 12pm or 4pm-8pm and working every Sunday between 9am – 3pm.

What you’ll do as a Health and Fitness Coach:
- Deliver our Signature Health and Fitness Programmes, supporting members to achieve their individual goals
- Coach members safely and effectively, providing clear instruction, motivation and accountability
- Track member progress using our trainer software, reviewing attendance, performance and programme milestones
- Carry out health and fitness assessments, including body composition, cardiovascular and strength testing
- Support new member onboarding, guiding them toward the most suitable programmes and services
- Deliver group and small group training sessions in the gym and studio environment
- Maintain high standards across the gym floor, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming space for all members
- Build strong relationships with members, helping to create a community-focused fitness environment
