Location: Basingstoke Aquadrome

Working Hours/Pattern: 37 hours, Monday to Sunday, mixture of earlies (from 5.30am) and lates (up to 10.30pm)

Salary: Up to £13.27 per hour + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a full time Lifeguard to join our team.

As a Lifeguard you’ll be an important part of life here at the centre as you ensure that everyone can use the pool in safety and that they have access to everything they need to enjoy their visit. You will be providing customer care to people of all ages, supervising activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area, and ensuring the safe handling and set up of pool equipment. And of course, when needed – you’ll help to save lives.

What You'll Need To Do

  • Excellent customer service skills; experience in a leisure or other customer facing environment is desirable.
  • Safety conscious, vigilant and able to handle pressurised situations.
  • Strong swimming skills and a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
  • Full‑time availability; age 18 or over.
