As an Administrator within the Therapeutic Community (TC) at HMP Dovegate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service. You’ll work closely with the TC management team, clinical leads and external partners to ensure high‑quality administrative support that meets contractual, governance and audit requirements. This is a fast‑paced role requiring strong organisation, discretion and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Your work will directly support therapeutic delivery, governance activity and positive outcomes for residents.
What You’ll Do As An Administrator:
- Ensure Therapeutic Community administration duties are covered daily.
- Collate data for reports, therapy governance meetings and audits.
- Maintain diaries for the Clinical Lead and Community Staff Team.
- Process referrals in line with set work processes.
- Manage all aspects of Community Case Conferences, Therapy Reviews and End of Therapy Boards, ensuring accurate records are maintained for audit purposes.
- Send reminders to support timely completion of reports in line with contract requirements.
- Plan and organise meetings, ensuring all preparations are completed in advance.
- Take accurate meeting minutes, highlighting action points and delegating as required.
