Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum

We are seeking a capable and motivated Administrator to join the Operations Team at DST Leconfield. This is a fully office-based role within a structured but fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of essential services across the VIVO estate. The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Team, working closely with service managers and project managers who operate from the site office. The role is central to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and involves a broad range of administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Key duties include:

  • Managing the maintenance database
  • Supporting the coordination of planned and reactive works
  • Ensuring accurate recording and closure of work orders
  • Supporting general office functions such as managing notice boards
  • Assisting with fire warden responsibilities
  • Maintaining both electronic and hard copy filing systems in line with quality standards
  • Preparing reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and action logs
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries and requests
  • Supporting wider office operations, effectively acting in a backend administrative or office manager capacity within the team
  • Purchase order processing
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Supporting security vetting processes where required

Some travel to other sites may be required as needed, including locations such as Fylingdales and Stackstone Fold, with car sharing arrangements available where necessary. The role is accessible via public transport and does not require a driving licence.

What you’ll need We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. While experience in administration is beneficial, we are open to transferable skills. A basic understanding of databases or systems is useful, but more important is the ability to work well within a team and develop within the role.
