This job is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours p/w, including early, late and weekend shifts on a rota basis) with a salary of up to £27,010 per annum plus a corporate benefits package.

As the Relief Duty Manager, you will work within the Maidstone Leisure Centre, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care. You will report to the duty manager and, in their absence, manage the facility, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include supervising specific activities, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and safely handling and setting up equipment.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a leisure environment, particularly in pool supervision, who can demonstrate a can-do attitude. You will need to be safety conscious, vigilant, and able to handle pressurised situations. Strong swimming skills are essential, and it is desirable to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent, along with a first aid qualification.
