  • Support reactive and planned maintenance activity, including budget monitoring and spend analysis.
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of maintenance and planned works.
  • Assist with planning and delivering capital projects and minor works activities.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-consultants and subcontractors where required.
  • Contribute to five-year maintenance planning and monthly performance reporting.
  • Maintain and improve the Leisure Energy Management System, driving reductions in energy use and carbon emissions.
  • Manage energy data through systems such as Automatic Monitoring & Targeting platforms.
  • Support ISO 50001:2018 certification activities in collaboration with energy and sustainability teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety and welfare procedures.
  • Strong understanding of statutory regulations for buildings, electro-mechanical systems and quality processes.
  • Experience in energy management, ideally within the leisure sector.
  • Ability to deliver energy management strategies across regional or national portfolios.
  • Understanding of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC design, operation and maintenance.
