Location: Watton, IP25 6JB Salary: £26,509.50 plus excellent benefits Schedule: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 2pm. Overtime available on night shifts, day shifts and weekends. Ready to impact a better future?
What you’ll do as a Street Cleansing Operative
- Carry out programmed and responsive street cleansing activities in line with service requirements and environmental standards.
- Operate cleansing machinery and equipment safely and effectively, using the skills and knowledge required for the role.
- Support the achievement of key performance indicators by delivering work to agreed standards.
- Complete daily inspections of machinery and vehicles, reporting any issues and ensuring equipment remains clean and serviceable.
- Maintain excellent customer and client relationships, including positive interactions with members of the public.
- Follow all health and safety requirements and take part in training to support growth, development, and continuous improvement.
