Serco Limited is seeking a Grounds Operative at our Transport Depot in Watton. You’ll maintain parks, green spaces and public areas to a high standard throughout the year, using a range of machinery to deliver quality, safe environments that communities can take pride in.
Based on a permanent, full-time schedule (7:00–15:30, Mon–Fri), you’ll work as part of the Breckland Grounds Maintenance team, with training and progression opportunities across internal courses, benefits and a supportive environment.
