In this role, you\'ll play an important part in delivering impactful solutions across the estate, ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned and managed while supporting continuous improvement and creating a positive impact on the wider Defence community.
What you\'ll do as an Electrical Work Controller
- Plan and coordinate electrical work activities to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
- Oversee reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and minor project works across a range of electrical systems and assets.
- Raise purchase order requisitions for works under your control.
- Maintain and update the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
