What you’ll do as an Operations Assistant:
- Ensure customer safety at all times by preventing accidents and responding appropriately to incidents.
- Supervise dry side activities, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer care.
- Set up and handle equipment safely to support programmed activities.
- Carry out cleaning tasks and monitor cleanliness in customer critical areas such as changing rooms, health suite and toilets.
- Monitor customer behaviour within the centre, addressing unsafe practices promptly and professionally.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and maintain strong knowledge of the centre’s services and activities.
