What you’ll do as a Health and Fitness Coach:

  • Deliver engaging fitness programmes, including group training and small group sessions
  • Coach members on personalised fitness plans aligned to their goals
  • Track member progress, offering motivation and adapting programmes for continued success
  • Carry out health and fitness assessments, including body composition and cardiovascular testing
  • Support onboarding of new members, helping them start their journey with confidence
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment while supporting members on the gym floor
