Serco Limited in Mid Sussex is seeking a Refuse and Recycling Loader to join our local team.
You’ll support a full waste and recycling service for residents and businesses, acting as the public face of Serco in the community and helping to keep Haywards Heath clean and safe.
This full‑time role is 39 hours per week with Monday to Thursday, 7am–3:30pm and Friday 7am–2:30pm (30 minute unpaid break); weekend overtime is optional.
Salary is £27,684 per annum with excellent benefits.
