Overview
Location: East Grinstead RH19 1TZ (working out of our Haywards Heath depot to begin with).
Role: Refuse and Recycling Loader – Mid Sussex team. Full time, 39 hours per week. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am–4pm and Friday 7am–3pm. Interview date: Wednesday 8th October (alternate date available). Salary: £25,552 per annum + excellent benefits. Note: salaries are currently under review; updated offer will be provided when confirmed. Keep your streets clean and your community proud.
You’ll join a professional and friendly team to deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses, helping maintain high standards across the community while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties.
- Be the public face of Serco in the community.
- Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work.
