What you’ll do as a Catering Assistant

- Support the safe service of food and beverages in line with Serco standards.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across counters, tables, service areas, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.

- Follow health, safety, food hygiene, and food safety procedures, including temperature monitoring and opening and closing checks.

- Assist with stock management, replenishment, deliveries, and reporting low stock levels.

- Process card transactions accurately and support wider catering operations as required.
