- Manage and develop a minimum of 10 key employer accounts within a specified sector, acting as the main point of contact and building trusted relationships

- Work closely withResourcers, clearly communicating employer expectations to support effective screening and placements, ensuring roles are filled with suitable learners at pace
- Track and report on key metrics including placements, satisfaction, sustainability and repeat usage, providing updates to the Strategic Account Manager and stakeholders
- Use data insights to improve account management, employerengagementand service quality, sharing recommendations with the Strategic Account Manager.

- Qualified to NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent qualification or experience)

- Strong communication,negotiationand presentation skills with the ability toengage and influencea diverse range of stakeholders
- A data driven mindset with strong problem solvingand analytical skills
- Experience developing strategies and translating them into actionable plans

Vetting and checks: This role requiresBPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards.
