Serco Limited is seeking an Able Seafarer (Crane Operations Lead) to lead crane operations aboard Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessels, coordinating lifting plans and ensuring safety and efficiency across deck teams.
You will manage loading/unloading, support cargo handling, and maintain equipment readiness, while adhering to UK maritime regulations and BPSS/clearance requirements.
